Who we are
This website is operated by New Mexico Billing (NewMexicoBilling.com), a behavioral-health billing and revenue-cycle support service. You can reach us through the contact page.
Information we collect
When you submit a form we collect the business contact details you provide: name, work email, organization, role, area of interest, optional phone number, and any optional message. We also record whether you opted in to marketing emails. We do not request protected health information (PHI) and ask you not to submit it.
How form data is handled
Form submissions are sent by email to our business inbox so we can respond. We use submitted information to reply to your request, send the checklist you asked for, and follow up about billing support. We do not sell your information.
Hosting, email, and other processors
The site is run by a website hosting provider. Form submissions are delivered through an email-delivery service (Resend) to a business email inbox. These providers process data on our behalf to run the site and deliver messages. We do not currently use a separate CRM; if that changes, this policy will be updated.
Analytics and cookies
We may use basic, privacy-conscious analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as page views. Analytics tools do not receive form contents. The site does not use advertising cookies.
Marketing communications
We send marketing emails only if you tick the optional marketing-consent box. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also opt out at any time by contacting us through the contact page and asking to unsubscribe.
Data retention
We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and maintain a business relationship record, and generally no longer than three years after our last contact unless a longer period is required by law.
Access, correction, and deletion requests
You may ask to see, correct, or delete the contact information you submitted. Send the request through the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Protected health information
This website is not a channel for PHI. Please do not submit patient names, member IDs, claim numbers, diagnoses, medical record numbers, authorization numbers, or other patient identifiers through any form on this site.
Security limitations
We use reasonable measures to protect submitted information, but no website or email transmission is completely secure, which is why forms are limited to business contact details.
Third-party links
The site links to government, regulatory, and other third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
No client relationship
Submitting a form does not create a client or business-associate relationship. Services are provided only under a separate written agreement.
